I don’t know how many times I can express how much I love Blogilates!!! Her stuff is just challenging enough for me to feel strong and a little sore the next day while not being too intense that it sets me back in my recovery. I know my body well enough now to know what it can handle and can’t handle and for the most part, the workouts I’ve done of hers have been fantastic and exactly my speed for now!
Here are a few of my favorite Blogilates ARM workouts:
Victoria Secret Angel Arm Slimming Workout (with weights – I have yet to do the whole workout without putting my arms down at some point when I’m not supposed to…new goal!)
Bikini Blaster4: Awesomesauce Arms (with weights)
The Awesomesauce Arms is my favorite and my biceps still are sore and I did the workout on Sunday morning! I’m feeling like I can bench press David…ok maybe that’s a little much…Gizmo for sure though! hehe
I found this awesome orange cream flavor Oikos Greek Yogurt and decided I’d throw it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to get a little colder and be more like ice cream. It was fantastic and tasted just like those Flintstone push up ice cream pops from when I was a kid. I’m going to be enjoying this treat a lot on some of those hot summer days coming up (hopefully soon right?!).
**Side note: I decided I liked it so much I’d throw a few in the freezer right away and then grabbed one today and went to eat it and it was frozen so solid I couldn’t even make a dent in the yogurt. I had to throw in microwave to thaw a little and then it was warm yogurt – not good – so if you try this, just throw in the freezer for a short bit so it doesn’t get solid!
And last but not least…I purchased the Happiness Project this afternoon at Target. I am the last on this bandwagon I think but I am looking forward to reading it and sharing things as I learn them!
Off to do some stretching and watch an episode of Lost (we are getting to the end-ish!) Sweet dreams!
