There are so many new fitness trends out there that I would love to explore! Fitness whether it be running, walking, yoga, weight lifting, zumba, volleyball, dancing, hockey, etc., it’s essential to partake in something you enjoy so you can live a healthy, active life.

I will touch base on some of these – some of which I have tried and some that I would like to try. I will share my experiences and hopefully inspire you to step out of your comfort zone and do the same 🙂
